§ 03 — Vision

Our joint vision.

A shared statement from the Founder and Co-Founder.

A joint statement Institute for
Restrictive Measures

We built the institute around a single conviction: no restrictive measure should fail because it could not be implemented on the ground.

Sanctions are written in Brussels, New York, and Washington — but they take effect at the desks of the European Mittelstand, where legal text meets operational reality. We exist to close that gap: to turn restrictive measures into tools, methods, and plain-language guidance that the firms who must comply can actually use, and to carry what we learn back to the institutions that write the rules.

Our aim is a field where compliance is credible and proportionate, where the smallest firm has the same clarity as the largest desk, and where every measure is as enforceable in practice as it is on paper.
